Valentina Skirt and Tie set Red

Skirt and Tie only, shirt sold separately. This set does not require special cleaning. Hand wash cold, or gentle cycle. Elastic waist with bow accent. Tie is sewn on to a elastic band, no need to tie the bow, it comes sewn as shown.Skirt and tie are made of 97% cotton 3% spandex for stretch and durability, The following measurements are taken flat and un- stretched, there is 2" of stretch for each size.
